Payment & Refund Policy

Draft for organizer confirmation — final refund terms to be approved before launch.

• All fees are charged in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by bank transfer to the official LEADx Pakistan account shown in your payment step.
• A payment counts only after our finance team verifies it. Uploading a receipt alone does not confirm payment.
• The application fee covers processing and assessment and is [ORGANIZER TO CONFIRM: non-refundable / refundable if not selected].
• If the summit is cancelled by the organizer, verified payments will be refunded in full to the sending account.
