Who we are

What we collect

When you apply we collect the details on the application form (name, email, phone/WhatsApp, age, city, province, education or work, your answers and any document you choose to upload) and, for paid categories, your payment details: payer name, amount, transaction reference, transfer date and the receipt you upload. We also keep a technical log of actions on your application (timestamps and an anonymised network identifier) to prevent fraud and spam.

Why we collect it

To assess your application, verify your payment, contact you about the summit, plan logistics, and issue certificates. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who can see it

Only authorised LEADx Pakistan team members: finance staff see payment information, reviewers see the applications assigned to them, and administrators manage the process. Payment receipts are stored in a private area that is not publicly accessible.

How long we keep it

[ORGANIZER TO CONFIRM] We propose keeping application records for 12 months after the summit and payment records for as long as financial record-keeping rules require, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your application, by emailing leadxpakistan@gmail.com from the address you applied with.
